Salsa Tatemada

Ingredients
2 tomotoes
Roma Tomato (small)
1 pepper
Pepper (Jalapeño or Serrano)
1/4 onion
White onion
1 clove
Garlic Cloves
1/2 cup
Lime juice
1 tsp
Kosher salt

Directions
Step 1:
On medium heat, roast tomatoes, onions, peppers, and garlic until charred and soft. Set aside to cool.
Step 2:
Grind salt, garlic and peppers into a paste
Step 3:
Remove skin from tomatoes, then add to paste mixture and blend. Transfer to bowl
Step 4:
Dice onions, stir into salsa
Step 5:
Add lime juice and seasonings to salsa, stir
